The Indian politicians aid and abet Islamic terrorists of the so-called “Indian Mujahgideen"? The following news is disturbing, because in situation like this, the politicians should work as Indians first and as not vote-hunters keeping the coming elections in minds. Blaming each other has also not the strategy of tackling or dealing with terrorism, that too, this type of hi-tech, systematic and computer aided jihadi terrorism. If the Indian poiliticians fight with each other like this, definitely, the IM-type terrorists not only ridicule for their inefficiency, but indirectly appreciate their tactful support extended to them! Ironically and euphemistically, the Indian political parties have “United" ideology in “alliance" for winning elections one way or the other, sharing power without any shame or logic, but when the question of dealing with “terrorism" comes, they start advising or soft-peddle or stall proceedings telling that “Muslims should not be harassed"! How is that the secular parties gthemselves unwittingly blabber that the “terrorists are Muslims"? Why should they say like that? To promote them or degrade them? Would it not offend genuine Muslims or nationalist Muslims? What they want to convey by making such assertions and statements? To prove that they are saviours of Muslims? When they themselves could not protect their citizens, as hundreds are bombed and killed regulkarly, how they are going to save others? Three men identified by two top SIMI operatives Authorities feared their arrest might provoke communal tension NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh authorities stonewalled efforts to arrest three Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) operatives who are emerging as key suspects in Saturday’s serial bombings in New Delhi, highly placed police sources have told The Hindu.Delhi Police sources said that the three Azamgarh-based men — whose identities are being withheld by The Hindu to avoid compromising the investigation — had been identified as core members of an Indian Mujahideen team planning fresh attacks by two top terror commanders held in Uttar Pradesh earlier this month.Fearing that police action against the three men might fuel tension in communally charged Azamgarh, police sources said, nUttar Pradesh authorities refused to order their arrest or detention for questioning, saying that interrogation reports from Gujarat and Rajasthan did not constitute adequate grounds for such action.According to a senior Delhi Police official, the three men were identified by Lucknow-based businessman Shahbaz Husain, who the Rajasthan Police says had overall charge of the terror cell which carried out the Jaipur serial bombings in May, and Azamgarh cleric Abul Bashar Qasmi, identified by the Gujarat Police as the controller of the murderous serial bombings that tore Ahmedabad apart in July. Both Qasmi and Husain told their interrogators that the three Azamgarh men had met with Abdul Subhan Qureshi, a top Mumbai-based SIMI operative, who is thought to have taught dozens of Indian Mujahideen operatives their bomb-making skills and authored the organisation’s e-mail manifestos. Qureshi, they said, had visited Azamgarh at least twice in August, soon after the Ahmedabad bombings, to discuss future attacks. New Delhi was chosen as a target during these meetings. U.P. networks Evidence on the central role of SIMI’s Uttar Pradesh networks in the Indian Mujahideen’s operations began to emerge in the course of the investigation into the December 2007 synchronised bombing of trial court buildings at Lucknow, Faizabad and Varanasi. Police learned that Jaunpur-based Mohammad Khalid Mujahid and Tariq Kazmi, using explosives provided by Jammu and Kashmir Harkat ul-Jihad-e-Islami commander Bashir Mir, had coordinated the trial court bombings.Mujahid and Kazmi were held, but their arrests provoked widespread protests by local Muslims who claimed the two men were innocent. As a result of the protests, Uttar Pradesh authorities ordered police to ease back on operations targeting SIMI. Among those who thus escaped arrest was Qasmi, an Azamgarh-based seminary student-turned-SIMI-activist, who the Gujarat Police alleges was the central figure in the July 27 serial bombings in Ahmedabad. Qasmi’s SIMI links been known to the Uttar Pradesh police since 2006, when he figured in the interrogation of Mohtasin Billa, an engineering student alleged to have facilitated that year’s serial bombings in Hyderabad. However, Qasmi was finally held only after the Gujarat Police obtained a warrant for his arrest early this month.Police officials believe earlier action could have disrupted the networks which carried out the Ahmedabad attacks. Police in Rajasthan, too, found that the networks responsible for executing the Jaipur serial bombing stretched east to Uttar Pradesh. Late last month, investigators arrested Shahbaz Husain, the businessman who, the Rajasthan Police say, was one of the Indian Mujahideen’s key organisers. Husain, who owned two successful businesses in Lucknow, is alleged to have helped organise the bombings in Jaipur and Ahmedabad — and, with Qureshi, co-authored the e-mail claiming responsibility for the attacks. Like Qasmi, Husain had long been known to the Uttar Pradesh police — but this knowledge failed to provoke action.Husain’s name figured in the interrogation of SIMI chief Safdar Nagori, who was arrested from a safehouse in Indore at the end of March. Nagori identified Husain, who he referred to by the nickname ‘Shaanu,’ as the ranking head of the group’s military operations. He told police that Qureshi had trained dozens of Indian Mujahideen operatives on Husain’s orders. Uttar Pradesh police determined that Husain was indeed a SIMI member, who was recruited into the organisation while he was a student of the Indian Institute of Mass Communications in New Delhi. Before SIMI’s proscription in 2001, police found, he briefly edited one of its English-language magazines, Islamic Movement.Interestingly, bomb-maker Qureshi worked at the Delhi offices of SIMI during this time, after resigning a position at the Mumbai-based computer firm Datamatics. However, the Uttar Pradesh authorities again held back on making arrest, arguing that the evidence available was inadequate to justify holding a prominent member of the community. Rajasthan Police investigators, however, were able to obtain an arrest warrant after several suspects held in Gujarat — including top local SIMI organiser Sajid Mansoori — correctly identified photographs of Husain, who they described as their ranking commander. Kerala minister says Modi should not interfere in other state affairshttp://www.sindhtoday.net/south-asia/18292.htm He claims that Kerala police doesn"t have any information regarding SIMI"s activities in the state." New Delhi, Sep 5 (IANS) Reacting sharply to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s allegation that the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) was active in nine states including Kerala, the state home minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan Friday said Modi should not interfere in affairs of other states. Addressing a press conference here to explain his discussions with union home minister Shivraj Patil, Balakrishnan said Kerala police had the ‘capacity’ to prevent any type of violence including communal violence in the state. A day earlier, Modi in Delhi stated that SIMI was well established in nine states including Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. ‘They (SIMI) could be there in other states too,’ Modi said in a press conference alongside the BJP prime ministerial candidate, L.K.Advani to show its tough face against terrorism. Balakrishnan, who rejected Modi’s allegation, said: ‘Kerala police doesn’t have any information regarding the SIMI’s activities in the state.’
If he knows the presence of SIMI in Kerala, even before Gujarat knows, why he did not warn about it? Perhaps, he does not want to interfere with other states! Nagori and Karimuddin were the key trainers at the SIMI camps organized in Kerala (DEcember 2007) and Halol in Gujarat (January 2008).
SAFE HAVEN: Intelligence agencies also say that Maoists in Kerala could be operating closely with SIMI. Probe into SIMI camp in Kerala began in June: policehttp://www.hindustantimes.com/storypage/storypage.aspx?id=101998c4-6186-4089-a309-3f7bd155974c"ParentID=1d2d0726-847d-4cfd-864e-da48cd763efe""Headline=%27Probe+into+SIMI+camp+in+Kerala+began+in+June%27 The Kerala police on Sunday said it had begun investigations two months back into a training camp organised in December 2007 by the banned Students" Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) in Kottayam district. After the alleged Ahmedabad blasts mastermind Mufti Abdul Bashr"s arrest on Saturday, the Gujarat police had said the SIMI activists behind the July 26 bombings were trained at Wagamon in Kottayam. But police in Kottayam say that they knew about the camp earlier. “In June, we had registered a case and started investigating into the training camp conducted in December. Two SIMI activists, natives of Eerattupetta near Wagamon, who took part in the training camp were arrested in Madhya Pradesh. We also know about one more Keralite who took part in the camp," Superintendent of Police (Kottayam) A.M. Mathew Policarp told IANS. The place where the training camp was held is known as Thangalpara, a rocky terrain accessible only by foot. It is also a pilgrim centre and a tourist spot. Two SIMI activists, natives of Eerattupetta - Abdul Shibly, a computer engineer, and his brother Shaduli - were arrested in Indore in Madhya Pradesh last March. “It may be at their instance that SIMI organised their camp at Wagamon. The Kerala police intends to question them to get details about their activities here," the official said. Policarp said police found it strange that those who attended the training camp had scribbled ‘SIMI" on a rock at Thangalpara. “They scribbled it as though they wanted people to notice their activities." Kerala Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan had also said on Saturday night that the SIMI camp having been organised in Wagamon was not new information. He stressed that it was an isolated incident and did not mean that Kerala was turning into a training zone for terrorists.Police officials say that Eerattupetta is a SIMI stronghold and the National Democratic Front (NDF), a rightwing Muslim organization. Wagamon is on the border of Kottayam and Idukki district, a major tourist destination. “We are keeping a close watch on people visiting the district. The forest cover and the hilly terrain could be the reason why they selected the spot for the training camp," said Superintendent of Police (Idukki) S.K. Chellappan. Bashr was held from Lucknow"s Moulviganj area on Saturday and Gujarat police chief P.C. Pande said that the top SIMI leader had meticulously planned the July 26 serial blasts in Ahmedabad last in which 55 people were killed and over 150 injured. Apart from Bashr, eight other SIMI activists have been held from Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Gujarat, the official added. See the following also: 2. Countercurrents: http://www.countercurrents.org/sahi270808.htmEarlier, it has been reported many times that UP top leaders were supporting SIMI, opposing its ban, or talking with jokes naming other organizations also to be banned with SIMI and so on. This type of gymmick-idiotism exposes the inefiiciency of the Indian politicians. There is some more emerging proof of Kerala-Kashmir terror nexus. Two more terrorists, who were killed in encounter in Kashmir, have been identified.
They are Faiz of Kannur and Mohammed Yasir of Ernakulam in Kerala.
Yasir, previously known as Varghese Joseph, converted to Islam some time back.
Another terrorist from Kerala who survived in the encounter in Kupwara is said to be Abdul Jabbar.
Earlier, the police had identified some other Kerala people who were killed in Kupwara. All of them were part of a five member group, which was trying to cross the LoC.

Terrorist irrespective caste and religion must be separated and punished as per Law, but Politicians who support them indirectly for Vote bank politics end up really were the real motivation for these Terrorists.

In the case of Kerala connection, the Kerala Minister and other politicians flatly denied the connection first, of course ridiculing Modi for his warning!
But now, the facts are turning out differently.
So where such liars are punished as per law?
See in Tamilnadu, how ‘Law does its duty” as proponded by KARU?
Politicians might be worse than terrorists, but people vote for politicians and so also nurture terrorists!
